Initial 4 week training package

1-to-1 business planning covering finances, marketing and standard operating procedures with your personal business coach and other members of the team.
Our 4-Day Solution Focused Thinking Skills Programme to help you learn and apply the Go M.A.D. Thinking methodology.
Our 4-day Train-the-Trainer Programme to quickly learn how to design and deliver core Go M.A.D. Thinking content and programme sessions.

Alongside your initial training you will receive ongoing development via our online libraries which contain everything you need to be a successful Go M.A.D. Thinking Partner.
These contain 25 years of physical and digital resources including 100s of videos, podcasts and worksheets.
Library 1 supports your operations manual and includes everything that you need to know relating to our proven sales and marketing processes.

Personal business coaching & continuous professional development
Your business coach will be with you from your very first week as a Go M.A.D. Thinking Partner. They will support you on an ongoing basis via 1-to-1 coaching sessions to develop and continually refine your strategy to grow your business.
Monthly check-ins and ongoing support will help you move forward in achieving your goals.
You will also receive continuous professional development on a quarterly basis via workshops facilitated by Andy Gilbert and his expert team. This is an opportunity to learn and be inspired by the success of others.
